Date Banana Peanut Butter Cups


One of my favorite blood sugar balancing snacks.

Just the right amount of sweet and salty

I take full fat Greek yogurt and a scoop of my favorite peanut butter and mix it together with a spoon.

Then the fun touches, today it was cut up bananas, dates, and a sprinkle of cinnamon 🪄
