Ease Body Pain with Pillows


Laying in bed with body pain sucks. A free tool I learned during my pregnancy is the power of a pillow. For example, to ease back pain I place a pillow behind my back while lying on my side. The pressure of the pillow allows my body to relax and helps me soften into to sleep.

In my pregnancy, I had trouble sleeping because of deep hip pain. Putting a pillow between my knees and then a pillow behind my lower back is a game changer.

Depending on how your body feels, I really recommend experimenting with pillows to bolster your body.
