Miso Shallot Vinaigrette


My mouth is watering thinking about this dressing…


Whisk these ingredients into a bowl

  • Miso paste

  • Shallot (mince using a fine cheese grater or microplane)

  • Vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)

  • Oil (I use avocado oil)

  • Garlic powder

  • Pepper

If you’re feeling fancy,

  • Lemon juice

  • Nutritional Yeast for added viscosity and depth of flavor

Add it to your favorite salad or roasted veggie!

I usually fill a jar with the dressing and use it for 2 or 3 meals.
