Miso Shallot Vinaigrette
My mouth is watering thinking about this dressing…
Whisk these ingredients into a bowl
Miso paste
Shallot (mince using a fine cheese grater or microplane)
Vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
Oil (I use avocado oil)
Garlic powder
Pepper
If you’re feeling fancy,
Lemon juice
Nutritional Yeast for added viscosity and depth of flavor
Add it to your favorite salad or roasted veggie!
I usually fill a jar with the dressing and use it for 2 or 3 meals.
