Why our Breath is No. 1


Humans can live months without food, 1 week without water, but only 4-6 minutes without breathing. 

When we breathe we,

  • dissolve tensions

  • release emotions

  • release stress

  • oxygenate the body

Breathing is one of the only things humans can do both consciously and unconsciously. 

When we unconsciously breath, we survive.
